October 2016 Retreat
My wife, Robbie, and I began to meditate in the 1990s, but the best practice we achieved was only sporadic. Several years ago we attended a series on mindfulness and meditation given by Mark Muesse and Manoj Jain. We liked it so much we did it a second time. That kick started us into habits of daily practice and, as Robert Frost said, that has made all the difference.
